If you would like to exchange your underwear for another style, you must contact Boody within 30 days of purchase. The cost of returning the item(s) by post is at the expense of the customer, unless faulty.

Returns
Your Boody Guarantee
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on underwear unless faulty. For all other styles, we accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the garment has not been worn and is returned in its original condition.
The cost of returning the item(s) by post is at the expense of the customer, unless faulty. If you would like to arrange a return on a faulty item or an exchange, please contact us.
